⚙️ Open WebUI Setup

1. Navigate to Admin Settings $\rightarrow$ Audio $\rightarrow$ TTS Settings.
2. Select TTS Engine: OpenAI.
3. Set API Base URL: http://localhost:8030/v1.
4. Set API Key: sk-onetts-v1-k9L3mX8QZ2sT4vA7wE1rY6u.
5. Set TTS Voice: alloy or zh-CN-XiaoxiaoNeural.
